Cadences
Board Members
- Submit all board meeting notes by the last Tuesday of the month.
- Attend board meetings on the first Tuesday of the month at 2:30 pm PST.
- Attend retro meeting once every quarter on the last Thursday of the month at 5:00 pm PST.
Contributors
- Submit works to be posted by midnight every Friday if you want them posted in the following week.
- Attend retro meeting once every quarter on the last Thursday of the month at 5:00 pm PST.
Facilitators
- Submit public event applications at least six weeks before the event date.
- Submit course applications at least 12 weeks before the event date.
- Attend retro meeting once every quarter on the last Thursday of the month at 5:00 pm PST.

Held every Friday at 7:00 pm PST. All project managers are welcome to attend.
