Fundamental Knowledge (To the Youth)
Youth, be on guard, and watch thy way, for thou art to bear the weight of the world on thy shoulders, and many have been crushed.
Therefore, heed these words which have been spoken to me by the Holy Sage, and which have come to me in quiet moments by the light of my candle as I have allowed my mind to gaze at the moonlit hills afar, and to then journey to them, and even beyond them.
Just know that whatever a person deems to be most important may be likened unto that person’s god.
Therefore, tread softly, and discern thee well, for a god is not for the faint of heart.
Know this also, that not all gods serve thee well.
“Therefore, be thou as cunning as a she-wolf who searches for her pups at night, for thou must surely find thy way to Me, lest thy heart be broken, and thy light be hid, and thy way be blocked, and thy world be flooded.”
Thus sayeth the Lord.
Youth, know this also; that thy desires do not always act to serve thee, though some do.
Therefore, seek an understanding of what it would mean for a desire to truly serve thee, and seek thee then to desire those things that truly serve thee.
