The Practical Stoic Podcast was and still is a show dedicated to exploring the profound wisdom to be found in the teachings of the Stoic philosophers of ancient Greece and Rome, including Lucius Annaeus Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Musonius Rufus, Epictetus, and more.

This is a legacy episode of The Practical Stoic Podcast started by Simon Drew in 2017. The Practical Stoic Podcast was and still is a show dedicated to exploring the profound wisdom to be found in the teachings of the Stoic philosophers of ancient Greece and Rome, including Lucius Annaeus Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Musonius Rufus, Epictetus, and more. In hindsight, this show is also about the journey of a young aspiring Stoic; his wonderings, thoughts on Stoic teachings, and his awakening (along with those who listen) to the deeper truths that exist within the Stoic school of philosophy.
