As President of the Board of Directors, Scott works collaboratively with Board members and Founding members to set organizational goals. Additionally, he is responsible for working with the Board to set short- and long-term organizational goals and evaluate the progress of the planned outcomes and the strategic plan to grow organizational capacity while connecting daily work with the vision and mission of the organization.
