Why

The singers sing, yet who among them knows why they sing, or to whom they sing?

The artists paint, yet who among them knows why they paint, or whose face they paint?

The professors profess, yet who among them have known THE ONE whose thoughts they speak?

The preachers preach, yet who among them have known God?

I do not suggest that I have known God, but rather that I am His servant and son, and lo, I am His eyes, and His ears, and His heart, and His soul.

The talkers talk, yet what have they said?

The mockers mock, yet who among them have inquired earnestly?
